Adobo Seasoning

Adobo is a traditional Mexican spice mix, spicy and rich, but not hot, with the flavor of oregano.

Rub Adobo Seasoning on pork, chicken and fish. Add to tomato sauces. For an easy guacamole dip, mix 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning with 2 mashed avocados, a squeeze of lime, dash of salt and a pinch of chili blend or hot pepper. Mixed from: salt, garlic, oregano and spices. No msg or anti-caking agents.
