Cinnamon Bark, Korintje

Indigenous to Southeast Asia and China, and one of the oldest spices in the world, cinnamon is the dried inner bark of an evergreen tree of the laurel family.

Dried Cinnamon Bark is sweet, smooth and very fragrant. Pieces of the dried inner cinnamon bark can be brewed with coffee or simmered with mulled wine or cider. Simmer in water to add a pleasant aroma to the kitchen.
