Del Cristo Traditional Balsamic Vinegar - Cherry

The Barbieri Family produces this Del Cristo Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, from their own biologically grown grapes, grown on their small farm in the north of Modena, Italy. The grapes used are exclusively Trebbiano and Lambrusco, and its flavor is unmistakably complex, sharp, and pleasantly acidic. A traditional balsamic aged by law at least 12 years in wood before review by the consortium, this balsamic has been aged longer in cherry wood casks imparting a stunning and unique flavor.

Wonderful on simple salads, with meat or fish dishes, fresh or cooked vegetables. Excellent on parmesan cheese. Drizzle this balsamic vinegar over ice cream, raspberries or strawberries.
