White Pepper, Fine Grind

White Pepper is ground from the inside of the ripe red pepper berries from which the outer skin has been removed. Milder and more delicate in flavor than black or green peppercorns.

Use in light colored foods when the flavor of pepper, but not the dark color, is desired.
